IMPORTANT NOTICE: The ODNRA has a curfew each night beginning at midnight. Sandfest will close events each night at 11:00 p.m. in order to allow all participants to return to their campsites within the ODNRA in adequate time. The event will also abide with curfew requirements. THERE WILL BE NO ATV OPERATIONS ALLOWED ON EVENT PROPERTY AFTER CURFEW

As part of a plan to provide for a safer off-highway vehicle recreation experience, the USFS bans alcohol within the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area (ODNRA). Alcohol WILL NOT be allowed during the event on event property. Alcohol WILL only be served and available in the officially permitted Sandfest 2011 hospitality tent/beer garden at the vendor A area food court. All purchased alcohol MUST be consumed while in the tent/beer garden. This will be strictly monitored by the OLCC and event staff. ALL PERSONS WILL BE EXPECTED TO PROVIDE APPROPRIATE ID, REGARDLESS OF AGE

Dangerous operation: Any OHV vehicle operation that could cause injury to people or damage to property will not be tolerated. Examples include, but not limited to, going through a camping or event area at high speeds, racing in areas not designated as race event areas and/or failing to comply with Oregon OHV operational rules. ATV’s are to be operated at 5 mph within the event area, parking lot, campsite, loading zone, accident location, vendor row or any other place within SandFest property. This rule will be STRICTLY enforced. Once you depart the SandFest event area, have fun but stay safe!

All littering is prohibited Garbage must be placed in the garbage bins or packed out with you.

All human waste must be properly disposed of. Sanicans will be placed throughout the area.

All raw sewage must be dumped at an official sewage collection station. It is not permitted to dump raw sewage or gray water into the sand. Violation of this rule is subject to penalty.

There will be no public parking permitted along Jordan Cove Road or within the event area without permit from SandFest or Coos County except by emergency personnel and event staff.

All persons inside the event area must have appropriate permits affixed to their OHV vehicle and must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, and event rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in permanent removal from the event area and/or issuance of a citation by Law Enforcement Officers.
